The staff at Jurys Inn were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They made me feel valued as a guest and provided prompt service at all times. The room I stayed in was easily accessible and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location in the town centre made it convenient for exploring and accessing various attractions. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options that satisfied my cravings. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Jurys Inn was positive, and I would recommend it to others.

New-fashioned and decent sized rooms are accompanied by very good service. The employees are very efficient and professional. The location is handy and decent, to the retail parks.
The room was beautifully decorated and had top-quality bedding and facilities, including a wide range of channels to choose from.
The location of the hotel is magnificent and best possible, just next door to town centre, a restaurant, which was far superior and the railway. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the attentive and caring staff.
Practical unit with sofa-bed for our 4-year old.
Clean & tidy, ear plugs provided. Windows open for fresh air but road noise expected. Fan available. Swimming pool suited needs. Friendly, helpful staff. Adequate room, everything at hand. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent food. Large free carpark. Close to town centre and shops. Best experience, will return.

Particularly nice views, enjoyed good and absolutely perfect setting.
The hotel was special and bright in general, had always pleasant staff who advised they would send the duty manager. The room was functional and freshly decorated, included coffee and tea making facilities, and WiFi. The restaurant was reasonably priced and well priced, for breakfast.
The venue was set in the central position right by jurys, Main Street and the restaurant.
It was a family-friendly hotel. The room was not been cleaned properly-toothpaste on the bathroom tiles and available with contemporary decoration.
The area was uninviting.
